Honestly amazed with the work carried out. I spoke to a few photoshop artists and none would go near the work do to the complexity of it but Jilly from Digital Touch took it on and did a perfect job. I managed to source a lost photo from the 1940's of my Mother and two of her siblings in their early twenties. This was emailed from abroad but sadly had numerous creases on it, one across the full length of my Mother's face. Jilly amazingly managed to remove all the creases leaving the photo in the condition as if it had just been taken. My elderly Mother who often spoke of the photo was delighted and wept when I gave her a framed enlargement of the photo. My graduation photograph had bad lighting and a dull background. It was also taken on a very windy day and unfortunately the photographer neglected to tell me that my hair was a mess. Jilly was able to remove the stray hairs, change the background and brighten and enrich the whole photograph. Great friendly service, much appreciated and highly recommended.

There are no words to describe the authenticity and quality of Jilly’s work except for miraculous. As an American living in the U.S., I searched for local companies that might be able to take on what seemed like an impossible task. Apparently to them it must’ve been impossible because no one responded to me except for Jilly, and promptly too. I wanted an old black and white photo of my husband’s father to look as if he was holding our six month old daughter. His father passed away 14 years ago so he never got to meet his first and only grandchild. I waited for only a moment with anticipation to see if it could be done and Jilly said that it would take some work but that it would look authentic once it was complete. She was right. I anxiously waited until Father’s Day which also speaks to her turn around time, she had the photo ready in just a few days. Something like that would’ve taken weeks I would imagine. Well today, this Father’s Day I’ve given my husband his gift. Jilly’s creation. We were both in tears and my husband was in absolute shock at how real the photo looks. Thank you Jilly for creating such a precious moment for us. I can’t thank you enough.

I decided to get a photo fixed with digitaltouch after reading positive reviews left by other customers. I’m happy to say that I was not disappointed. Jilly was amazing and even after the job was done, did a little cropping which I’d initially forgot to mention without extra charge. Communication was another strong point and I didn’t have to wait long for replies. Overall, I’m very pleased and will come straight back if I need anything done in the future.
