Not impressed at all. Terreble customer service, never reply on time,ignore messages in whatsapp. And when they do reply,they say something really stupid,such as (use mobile hotspot)..that is amazing. Please don't Wright that stupid reply asking me to contact you,it doesn't make any sense. I left the service and subscribed to a new provider.lost around 7 months on my existing but No more issues, happy days.

Je regarde fréquemment love the planet j’adore cette chaîne mais marre de tout c’est espace publicitaire je comprends qu’il faut de la pub pour que la chaîne vive mais c’est très souvent ce prehenbulle de 3 minutes sans pub qui gâche la vision des émissions. Si il y a de la pub j’accepte mais si il n’y a en pas je ne comprends pas toute ces coupures

First Class Service

This service is getting worse! During 2024 it was ok, fairly jerky and would go down on a semi regular basis but not unworkable however towards the end of 2024 and start of 2025 it’s just been problem after problem after problem to the point where every time I sit down to try and watch something through it, it doesn’t work! When you WhatsApp them to try and get something worked out they take hours to respond by which time whatever ive wanted to watch has finished and I’ve ended up buying it anyway. It’s an absolute nightmare! Do better! Don’t just leave a message underneath my review asking to contact you on WhatsApp to sort out issues when it takes an age just to get a reply or you forward me the telegram channel. It’s poor, really really poor!

At the start (2023), we had some issues, and I had to try other URLs, but eventually, we got everything we were promised. After that, we've been stable for years and to show my commitment, I've just paid for another year for their service and saved hundreds of pounds doing so. Truth be told BAD start, but now the service is excellent
