Had loads of problems due to delivery. Then once delivered came in different deliveries. One was damaged so had to wait for anyone to be delivered and the damaged one to be collected. Delivery came and wont take return so had to phone company again and wait for this to be collected. still waiting for faulty part for drawers. So out of the delivery both items damaged.

Absolute disgrace Messed up the order record which delayed sending by several days and wouldn't have been dispatched at all without me following up the order, goods arrived factory damaged (not transport damaged), totally unacceptable customer service and lack of update, and didn't offer me the courtesy of a reply when I requested email and postal address to send a formal complaint Over 6 weeks later I still have not had the 2 doors replaced or any alternative solution offered Would suggest giving this company a VERY wide birth

After doubts about using this unknown company my experience using them for the first time was excellent from placing the order to delivery. I had a query which was resolved with one phone call which was very professional. I received email confirmation regarding my order. The instructions were easy to understand and the company even placed some of the pieces into the item which helped speed up the erecting of the item. This is a lovely product and I would use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

High quality material, parts and instructions. Put together straightforwardly and they fit in great.

Ordered off this crowd and there was nothing to say that there was no delivery option to Northern Ireland. I ended up having no contact from them after week of ordering and had to contact to find out what was going on with my order. Only then that i was informed that they didn't deliver to here.

Don’t bother! Ordered a wardrobe to match some other furniture I had ordered elsewhere. Received an email confirming the order. Then 6 days later get an email saying they’ve issued a refund and to expect it in a few days. I emailed back saying I needed the wardrobe and asking them to explain but I heard nothing more.

Perfect for my neices bedroom and very fast delivery easy to put together value for money

The measurements of item wasn't correct on website advertisement, so I had to make calls a couple of times. Also the delivering service time was changed from 11am to 14.30 and 15.30pm, so we missed it. Nevertheless Devoted2Home staffs are very kind.

The service was great and speedy from ordering on a Saturday to delivery on Wednesday and the communication was also good. The products themselves are good quality for the price paid and we're easily assembled by one person. My only gripe and what led me to give 4 instead of 5* was the fact that only one of 6 facings to the doors had the protected film over them as highlighted in the instructions, this has led to some minor blemishes/scratches on the doors but nothing too serious. Overall very good.

They have sent me a review before I have received my order. Was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago.

The actual finish around the edges was quite poor. Edges not smoothly finished. Easy to assemble fast delivery it I Wish we had gone to Ikea. It looks like I have had this unit for a long time and has an aged look about it.

Ordered a small unit, all i can say was the delivery was fast, apart from that I'm not very impressed and will not be ordering anything again. When I put the unit together I noticed a chip in one of the corners which is quite noticeable. I emailed them several times in an attempt to maybe get a replacement top or maybe a little refund due to this being no fault of my own and have heard absolutely nothing. Had it now for two weeks so they have had plenty of time to respond but have chose not too, which is fine i shall go elsewhere with my money 😒

Excellent service from ordering to delivering. We managed to construct the draws and bedside cabinets reasonable well. The quality is good considering what we paid for them.

Brilliant company to buy furniture from! Excellent customer services, went above and beyond the call of duty for me! Plus the bedroom furniture I ordered are brilliant quality too. Highly recommend!

They are incompetent at doimg their jobs. They sell furniture smaller than the size given and then they expect you to take the furniture down and send it back to them. Which will cost you money becuse you need to pay for a cardboard box. That is big enough for all the pieces to go in and carboard boxes are not cheap. Take my word for it. I also told them about my fibromyalgia amd they still did not care and expect me to mess about. When I can not even lift heavy items or clench my fingers to hold a screwdriver. They hae no compassion what so ever for the buyer. Aslomg as they get your money. I advice you not to go the and buy your future from Ikea or Argos etc. At least you know your getting better service and the right size item.
