Really poor, costs 100’s for a decent amount of paintballs, which you then can’t use because the guns don’t work. Out of 3 games I spent 2 chasing the Marshall around because the gun didn’t work. Spend lots of time waiting round and listening to pointless safety briefings because nothing actually works. I would give it 0 if I could! It really is that bad, Staff on site can’t help with anything and the number you call are also useless and need to wait for manager to call back, putting charge back on credit card £200 for a rubbish day.
Just made my booking online for my birthday in a few weeks, process was very easy and lots of information given. Paige North was very friendly and helpful! Can't wait to spend the day there in a few weeks

Where do I start from the booking process to the actual shooting 10/10. I spoke with tk and I must say the customer service was amazing, she went above n beyond meet my request. I’ll most definitely be booking again 👍🏽
