I ordered an arch for my garden. Sadly it arrived damaged. Excellent Customer Service as replacement was delivered the next day. Answered emails immediately. Definitely use again.

Goods were poorly made and faulty and although no fault of ours I had to pay the return costs of over £20. Had we just not wanted it I would understand, but sending poorly made goods and charging to return was unacceptable.

This item is ok for a certain usage, but I was surprised at the size of the teapot which is smaller than expected, this may be down to me reading a review for another tea pot from another company, overall I would say that I will use the teapot and cups, and the items look nice.
