Fab service! Really quick to collect and fix my laptop, was given the options I had and was kept up to date at all points. Great price and very helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I cant recommend Steve enough - professional, patient and quick to respond........and goes above and beyond with little things that just make your life easier ("ive just put a link to that on your desktop" etc)

The Technician, Steve, was both polite and efficient. After he returned my PC I had a further problem and he went out of his way to come to my house at 8.30 in the morning to put things right. If I ever have anything else needing done he'll be the first person I call.

I recently dropped my laptop and damaged the monitor. After contacting Dead or Alive, Steve Boylan got back to me right away and gave me a diagnosis of how it could be repaired and an estimate of cost. He then followed this up with a visit to my home and confirmed his initial diagnosis. He ordered a new part, fitted it, and returned it to me. Very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Steve.

My wife and I experienced serious failures of our respective machines. Nothing we tried fixed the problem. We eventually found Steve Boylan of Dead or Alive technology. He arrived at our home late in the afternoon of 30 August. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the fault on my machine and fixed it. The repair of my wife’s machine took longer because the fault was more complex, but Steve was determined to fix it, and he did. He gave us excellent service for a reasonable charge. If we experience IT problems again, we know who to contact.

This is our second time calling on Steve Boylan for his assistance with laptop, printer, tablet and smart phone! Yes, he is a very, very knowledgeable and competent geek (hope that’s a compliment, because that’s what is intended 😊 ) Its not rocket science to work out why we called Steve AGAIN with our tech issues… its simply because he’s the best we’ve ever encountered (and we’ve tried a few!), who has the answers, can fix the problems and is totally solution oriented. It doesn’t get much better than that… but it does! Steve and his partner, Gosia, came to our house on Thursday evening and stayed until they had solved all our tech challenges – in spite of him having already been out all day on other jobs. They are a great team, and our recommendation is that you check Steve out first to solve your technical issues: you will not only be very satisfied with the results (as we are, AGAIN) but Steve’s fees are very, very competitive… a solution with a bonus… can’t be bad! Thanks a bunch, Steve, and we know that “you’ll be back”! You deserve more than the maximum five stars! Jon + Lynda Willis

Great experience from start to finish. They repaired my laptop very quickly and amazing prices. I had my laptop back within a couple of days, I would recommend using them for all your tech repairs.

Very good experience. Fast in answering, different options for my reparation all detailed and with warranty offered. Very honest in price and good service. The laptop was fixed in less than a week! Highly recommended!

My laptop was outdated and running slow. I thought I would need to spend a considerable amount of money for a new set up. Steve advised to just upgrade it. Laptop is running like new and steve also saved me a few pounds also. Very professional and friendly service. Thanks steve

Steve came to my home and collected my laptop as it wasn't charging. A few days later he returned it and as no major fault could be found he didn't charge me. A great service from a very pleasant guy. Cheers Steve , I would thoroughly recommend thi service.

Steve sorted me out with a new charging port for my phone and afterwards walked me through the wattage of the chargers I should be using to get the most out of re-charging my phone. Kept me updated on the delivery of the part and my phone was only away for one evening for repairs. Highly recommend.

Expert and very helpful service - Steve Boylan came promptly when my computer crashed, took it away for a couple of days, installed new drive, fixed everything and brought it back in good working order. One further problem arose, quickly sorted. Fair price, excellent service.
