Wouldn’t recommend this place. I asked before hand to visit the site so I can view the stock before ordering and was told they don’t allow people onsite, they are closed for refurbishment for 3 months. Then was told even if I came I wouldn’t have been able to see the stock as they are sealed anyway. So I took the chance and purchased their ex-high street and chainstore stock which included in the listing brands such as ASOS, Missguided, new look, Zara. I have received my parcel which is 80% of Asda, George or Dorothy Perkins stock and no stock with the mentioned names sent at all. Which is no good to me. I have just called to explain their website dosent even list these brands (George, F&F) as options to be given a bunch of excuses. They can’t list every brand however they haven’t even sent me any of the brands listed. Then to be told I should have booked a visit before ordering which I had to remind the lady I did but was told that you don’t do visits and was then basically told that it wasn’t her that told me that even though it’s the same mobile number! I asked to exchange for other stock to be told they don’t do exchanges. Won’t be ordering from them again as it’s not a great service when I requested to view the stock before purchasing. 3 of the items are not in packaging such as a bikini top which has a stain. Definitely would not recommend. Save your money

Great customer service experience, and quick and speedy delivery. I needed a bracelet sent quickly for a birthday event, and the guys a D&D managed to get it delivered quicker to arrive before the event. Can't recommend these guys enough.. Great service, Thank you
