This company was quick, efficient and professional in processing my DBS application. Their employees appeared to be friendly and helpful. I either did not receive regular updates on its progress, however, or they were delayed, and they could not send me a link, in order to view my issued DBS, before receiving a hard copy of it, which was disappointing and frustrating, especially as this is delaying my employment start date. They referred me to the government website, in order to check the details, however, there is currently nothing on there with my certificate details, which is concerning. Hopefully, I will receive a hard copy of my certificate via post sooner rather than later. Ps. As this company was not aware of the certificate online access issue, and did not know how to resolve it, they asked me to then directly contact someone from the government DBS via telephone, which I then did. They confirmed with me that I needed an authorisation code, which I should be hopefully receiving directly from them within days, in order to gain access to my certificate details. ——————————————————————- In response, just to confirm that I did not receive all of these DBS stage updates via your system, plus it would have been useful to have been informed in advance via your company of the authorisation code, in order to access my certificate, as I was not aware of this matter, until the government DBS informed me of it directly.
