The girl Terri that I spoke with and helped me was more than excellent. If I had to rate her on a scale of 1-10 she would be a 15. I will be a long term customer as long as I get to deal with this Terri lady.
Terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to use this company. The data list I paid for was not as requested. I requested one specific state and the list they provided had several other states which they charged for and did not have the data I was told would be listed. When I advised the person that assisted with the order, he said he would look into the issue and get back to me. That was in Oct 23. I have since emailed twice to the rep that assisted and copied the sales rep on the emails and still no response! Do not use this company!
Importing into a a mailing list is nightmare. Have to open in excel and manually alter your mailing list. For example I used hotel and property management companies. Both will have different needs from my company. So I need ensure I market to each separate. I ended up having to delete half of the information as it was not needed. Had the addresses 2 times per company which causes a error, data axle felt the need to also add their company name in each column of excel it caused a error had to delete, they also decided it would work best to add the date they put my list together so I had to delete a whole column of may 8th repeated for no reason, then I had to manually go in a organize by business type. I then had to copy and paste each company information 1 time for hotels only then do it again for property managements. I believe if I would have just googles hotels and copy pasted the each companies information it would have costed me maybe a hour more worth of work. Maybe 150 is worth it for some but I don't believe it was for me.

DO NOT GO WITH DATA AXLE MISLEADING INFORMATION AND THEY WONT REFUND UNLESS WE CONTINUE TO USE THE LEAD LIST. Data is wrong and inaccurate! I have been beyond frustrated with the responses given and wrong data. With an expectation to call 7000 and do Data Axles work on accuracy is outrageous. We took a sample of 100 leads of 15000 and were provided an accuracy rate of 18%. Their response was to provide our data on inaccuracy, which we did, and now we received an email stating they wont refund or nothing can be done until we provided data on 7000 leads of the list. My company reputation is on the line for calling an Edith lead and in return getting their daughter, or another example of a Brendon and talking to an 84-year-old man named Herman.
