(13/06/2019) Amazing Service, Amazing Servers, the best after-sale and support... simply they are totally amazing UPDATE (11/02/2024): VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO TICKETS ANSWERED AND NO PHONE CALL ANSWERED AS WELL, NOTHING FROM MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE IS THE SAME, AND AFTER I STAYING LOYAL TO THEM SUDDENLY THEY ASKED ME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER AND I TRANSFERED ALL MY CUSTOMERS MANUALLY BECAUSE THEY CLOSED ALL THE ACCESSES TO THE SERVER FROM OTHER SERVERS, I UNDERSTAND IT'S FOR SECURITY, BUT WHEN YOU DECIDE TO CLOSE AND YOU NEED YOUR CUSTOMERS TO MOVE ASAP YOU NEED TO HELP THEM MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE, EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HELP THEM, GIVE THEM RIGHT ACCESS TO THEIR DATA SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN DO IT EASLY. I HAD ENOUGH WITH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, NOW I DID MY OWN SERVICE WITH DEDICATED AND CLOUD SERVERS.
