Great service. Bike arrived quickly and pretty much ready to go out of the box. All the necessary tooling was supplied to finish the job. Be warned the box is massive but the bike is well protected inside. They did miss an item from the order but responded swiftly when notified and dispatched on a next day service with apologies. Good stuff.

I recommend probably the best bicycle store in Glasgow in which I was, I recommend to anyone who wants to buy a bike nice reliable service, nice staff helpful, they can advise what to choose if you buy additional items such as fenders, etc. They mount in the store for free. So I recommend everyone to Dales Cycles who is looking for a bike.

Hi Dealt with a lot of bike shops in my time the guys I dealt with at Dales were fantastic,very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to purchase. When I had an IT issue with V12 finance they jumped on it and sorted it while I was on the phone.. As usual l ordered kit from Dales, Krister emailed me with order progress & collection date from shop as l chose, and l got in as soon as l could - due to work l couldn't make it until Saturday. All good !

Excellent service. It's near on 250 miles from Glasgow to my home yet the bike was at my home in 27hrs!. All ok as well. A friend of mine ordered a bike from Wolverhampton which is less than 10 miles and it took 5 days!!

Bike was delivered very quickly in only 2 days! Fully assembled except for very few things that I did easily at home! The package also included the necessary tools to finish the assembly. Customer service was very helpful on the phone. I really recommend Dales Cycles for buying a new bike.

It may have been the busy Christmas break but the delivery is atrocious. Received another order from Germany in 3 days. Taken 11 for Dales to get a small envelope to me.

Helpful unbiased advice, even though that could have resulted in a 'no sale'. In the event I bought a new bike from them with confidence.

Ordered my bike online as it was a bit cheaper with a set of lights thrown in.. Had to ring the shop as I had an enquiry as to some of the bike component's and they were very helpful. Bike arrived in perfect order with all bolts nice and tight and I was off and riding my new 'giant' literally within ten Minutes.. Perfect
