Curtis, the customer service person I spoke to at the warehouse in Newcastle, made such a huge effort to make my purchase seamless. I needed to come pick up the PC, which isn't usually the way. He was patient, never anything but professional when I asked all my idiotic questions regarding a gaming PC for my son. He helped me confirm which PC would suit my son's needs. Definitely would recommend this company just for that.

Fantastic experience. Placed a custom build order on the 19th with an expected turn around time to shipping of the 27th. On the 20th I was informed the build was complete and my new machine arrived today (21st)! Well packaged and impressed with the build quality! Day one system updates all complete and it’s running as expected! (All spare component wires and brand freebies included within the box!) Fully recommend!

Easy to navigate website and the ability to fine tune what you need for your individual setup was very useful, kind enough to contact me when there were some changes that I might like to know about.

Asked them to check over the build and gave recommendations that would improve performance as well as save me some money. Order was processed and delivered within the estimated dates given. Was also packed very securely.
