This is my 2nd order with the company. The ordering process is straightforward and accurate. Twice now my products have been delivered on time and in good condition, first to the USA, the 2nd time to Spain. This tells me that their shipping processes are well organized and executed. Lastly, and most importantly in this digital age, my account manager Cathy is great at keeping in touch with me - in one case to correct my own error, and the 2nd time to make sure I was able to properly use a very generous coupon (which I did) for a new product.

I have been so pleased working with this company for custom patches! My sales coordinator Polaris ensured we were extremely happy with our artwork and the product itself and got us quote for so many different types just to make sure I received what I wanted!
