After seeing their work product in person from a co-worker, I decided to design a PVC patch and place an order. I worked with Lilian, she got me a proof the next day, it needed just a minor color tweak, that proof was completed the next day, and my order was placed. Looks like production will take a month. Their customer service is outstanding, I can't wait to get my patch's!
