We had a critical UPS suddenly quit, and we subsequently lost power to our digital forensics laboratory (lesson to be learned about budgeting for UPS replacement). I came across Custom Networks and Moiz. Not only did Moiz explain what I needed to replace the dead unit, which had been discontinued, he patiently worked with me to find a solution that could be quickly shipped to get us back up and running. From the first moment I spoke to Moiz to the day the UPS unit arrived, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and focused on making sure I found the solution I needed as quickly as possible. I needed some hard-to-find items that Custom Networks had in stock (uninterruptable power supplies). Never had such a great customer service experience as I had with Moiz Bhindarwala at Custom Networks. Called him on a Sunday, he actually answered the phone and did what he could to help me repair my UPS, then advised me to call the manufacturer's IT support on Monday, and then called me Tuesday morning to make sure everything had been fixed. Who does that these days? I will certainly give Moiz and Custom Networks my business in the future. A real pleasure working with him.

Anytime I've ever had to call APC they have been wonderful with customer service. This product has lasted me nearly 10 years and has been a workhorse. The only other company that offers great customer service is Apple.
