Sent me a lovely sample of the wall panel. I ordered and paid on line for 9 panels as it said free delivery to England. Had a phone call after as they didn’t deliver to Cornwall. Full refund initiated. Shame Cornwall isn’t part of England.

I purchased some tiles Monday 25th March. Paid £50 for delivery 2-3 days. I'm in need for them to complete my bathroom. Just had an email to say due to Bank Holiday they are behind schedule and be delivered 2 April! But if I pay an extra £30 they'll deliver Thursday. Absolute cheek. I've asked for my £50 back if they can't carry out their agreement unless they deliver Thursday for the no extra cost.
