Excellent support and customer service
I work overseas and use CurrencyTransfer as a reliable and cost effective means of transferring a proportion of my earnings home to cover my regular outgoings. The staff were helpful when initially explaining how to set up and use the service, and have been in hand when I’ve had further questions. Once the bank account end points are configured it’s good to go, and very simple to use.
All the staff were very responsive and helpful. My only concern which is partly my fault was to better understand what percentage Currency Transfer received from the transaction.

I routinely use Currency Transfer. Rates are the best I’ve seen across several options. Transactions initiated on line easily, payments via wire transfer, and deposits arrive quickly after payment received. Not uncommon for transactions to be completed in one day.

An excellent personalized service
The transfer of my money from Israel to Ukraine went very well. There was a delay I did not expect in transferring money from my Israeli bank to the account of CurrencyTransfer.com. However, I let my contact person at CurrencyTransfer.com know about the situation, and everything went smoothly. The only drawback I felt is that in the test regime before the registration the website shows multiple agencies with various exchange rates. Upon registration, I was able to use only one agency, for which I had signed a no-money-laundering declaration. The exchange rate of that agency was not as good as of those shown in the test regime. Yet still better than the conditions of my Israeli bank. Other agencies were not offered for use. Perhaps, this is specific to transfers from Israel, where the no-laundering declaration is required.
It would be helpful to offer a recurring currency transfer with a hedge on currency exchange variances. I would love to be able to send monthly amounts without the wire fee for each transfer.
