Easy to order but after paying for delivery the delivery takes too long. 6 weeks is way too long

Terrible service, product seem inefficient... I have been using the water softener for a year and no decrease in limescale... I am due for a filter change for about a month now, it kept being pushed. Until I got an appointment, but no one showed the day of the appointment.

I have been having an absolutely terrible ordeal since November 2024 with Culligans/ CWS. I had an annual service back then and since then, there has been a leak, another leak, tank filling up too high with water and have seen 4 ‘Five Star Engineers’ and still no solution in sight. I have been given the run around big time and have spoken to numerous staff members and no one seems to care about the problem or me, as an old customer. It’s absolutely shocking how I am being treated. If this review isn’t taken on board by the company, I intend bringing my case to the Ombusman. In the meantime, I want to tell people to STAY AWAY from Culligans /CWS.

Just for the benefit of any would be new customers of this company and following my last posting in Oct 2024, the silence from Gavin has been faithfully maintained to this point in time.If my abysmal experience with this company does not warn you off ,I am compelled to say you deserve little sympathy when you suffer accordingly as I feel certain you will.

The customer service after installation is very very bad , I had overflowing issue with one of the softener installed, there was water all over the house and they keep saying we will ask someone to ring you back, they keep saying the same thing every time i ring them and no one did ever come to check it. Very very unprofessional after care service. Never i will buy anything from them

Absolutely terrible customer service , the amount of time I have wasted waiting and then to be left with answering machine. Still no call out after months of trying via phone, email & social media.

They send us fella just to annual service our water system 31/01/20025. 7 days later our filter still leaking,no response from them. We contact them twice about leaking water,but they said no staff to send us. So we still empty bucket few times per day on daily basis. So disappointed with the servise.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Opened a brand new water cooler bottle to see that it was full of algae. Two other unopened bottles has same problem. Best before dates on bottles July 2025. Bottles stored in darkness and away from heat since delivery. Raised concern with Culligans that we had three bottles in date and full of algae and explained how stored. Response from Culligans "We can take these back for you but cannot credit as this is preventable and they wouldn’t have been delivered like this." Bottles that are fully sealed contain floating algae. Health risk. Shocking customer service. Avoid.

Fantastic service. Very informative about the systems to install so I could make the perfect choice for me, my family and our kitchen cuppard size. Installation was a breeze and afterwards David went through everything with us. They also service the system each year to give you piece of mind that you're always getting good quality water. Big thanks to Pat and Cloe for all the helpful information and to David for the lovely tidy installation.

Ordered 2 FT 83 filters. Only one arrived but on contacting the company, the other one was sent out immediately. The support staff were very helpful! A good company to order from.

5 jan 2025 had the filter and softners installed by them... found out water was leaking a week later (as it was very tiny drops),when the floor started making weird sounds and water started coming up when stepped upon ...been trying to contact them almost 2 weeks before christmas and still no response. Every time I call them they take my name and says the guy is either on break or is not available to take a call.. Neither has there been a response to my emails... 6 jan 2025 So when my calls are not being picked up what else do i do… I start my journal here.. called them twice… started at caller no 2 and 6 …and then was send to voice mail…so i guess that , as they know my contact number they will not be picking up… Will be posting tomorrow as well..

Terrible experience. When the "technician" arrived to fit a water softener ,it didn't have the correct plug for irish sockets. He then asked me if i had an adapter he could use. I told him to leave as it wasn't good enough. I cancelled the whole thing the following day. I was then refused my deposit by customer service team. Thankfully they came to their senses and refunded. Terrible company. stay away.

Please don't ever deal with this company. There water softener overflowed under our wooden floor which started lifting. I explained this should be the first thing a water softener doesn't do as it's on all day/ night when you're not in or in bed so if this happens you might not see it for a few hours and at that point everything is destroyed.Even though this water softener was serviced regularly and well looked after the company would not stand over their product. Just to add to how bad their product is, we were left waiting 6 weeks for a decision to fix our floors which they decided not to help at all and also were so difficult to get in touch with at all over the phone. The person that can help is a manager but unfortunately for us he was the busiest manager I have ever heard of as he was in meetings nearly every day for 6 weeks every time we called and was useless to be honest in the end. Didn't want to know about problems but happy to sell there faulty products. A month and a half problem that has now destroyed part of our home and no help from the company, I promised that I would try stop them doing it to any other family home so please please please stay away from these cons and go with a different company if you can that actually will help if their product is faulty or you have problems. I dealt with Gavin so if your dealing with him and can actually get him out of a meeting to even speak to you best of luck with it. Worst decision we ever made was to go with these.

When I prefer to collect the products from the branch, they are ready for collection. If the product is ready for collection at the branch, why does shipment take 10-12 weeks? If it’s in stock, the delivery time should be shorter.

I have dealt with the company few times and I have to say they are on top of things. Very friendly and prompt service. Highly recommend!
