There are turn-key variants that will allow you to connect and forget, but the prices are higher. Personally, i like their approach of being proactive, especially the support team. The fact they are available all the time is important. I have them on skype and it is a matter of minutes when we need help. There is a room for improvements to provide more user friendly interfaces. But i'll give 5 stars for CS because of support in first place.
