I'm an online fitness coaching business helping clients achieve full body transformations through dropping body fat and building muscle. To achieve this clients will receive full support and coaching in resistance training, nutrition/diet and also in lifestyle management.

Craig was very thorough explaining everything before I signed up and would constantly make sure I understood everything. He made the plan to fit around my lifestyle and included the foods I liked, ensuring there was not things I did not like on the menu. He has been great at keeping in touch with me, motivating me, encouraging me to keep going when things have been tough and I have wanted to give up.

I’ve never had a trainer before, but something had to change. I was really struggling to get motivated and get back in the gym. One day I came across Craig on Instagram and we got to chatting. I wasn’t looking for a trainer but thought I’d give it a shot. It’s been about 4 weeks now and I’ve had a great experience. Down a couple pounds, feeling lighter and more motivated. Excited to see where I am at the end of 4 months. Craig is a super personable guy and is completely motivated to help you reach your goals! 10/10 recommend! Thank you, Craig!

I’ve just started with Craig and I’m delighted with the results I’ve seen already within the month. He’s really approachable, down to earth, says it as it is and supportive. I enjoy the structure that comes with his programme and the form hints and tips he gives me in the gym are most welcome. I’m super busy with work and the structure is easy to follow. It’s fab to be held accountable too. Get involved!

Been working with Craig for 4 weeks now and can highly recommend his services! I was going to gym classes/working out on my own, feeling like I should be getting results and just wasn't. Signed up with Craig and what a difference already! He has helped me focus on my diet and given me personalised workouts to help me achieve what I want to achieve. Having a personalised plan, weekly check-ins and a coach who is always there to help who really wants you to do well is invaluable. The scales are dropping and physique is changing in such a short time already, what more could you want!

Right from the first interaction Craig set the scene with his clear information and explanations of next steps. His nutrition support has helped me realise I can think about food in a very different way, a healthier way for me. I’ve been weight training for a few years but knew I had big gaps in my understanding, and I knew deep down I was sitting firmly in my training comfort zone. I wanted & needed someone to share their knowledge and to encourage me to push myself. Boy has Craig done that! He’s completely transformed my approach to training through his experience, expertise and encouragement. I’m learning to push beyond my comfort zone and I’m absolutely loving it, to the point I really believe I can achieve whatever I want to. His feedback on my training has been invaluable, making sure my form and technique are robust, but also supporting me to keep pushing myself. Weekly calls are supportive, informative and with a big splash of humour. I can’t recommend him enough!

This is the first time I’ve engaged with a PT or nutritionist so didn’t know what to expect, however I needed focus and accountability so after watching results from others I got in touch with Craig. Craig made me feel at ease straight away, asked really good questions listening to what I wanted to achieve. The app is helpful with my eating plan personalised to foods I already like/eat which made the plan easier to follow. The exercises were clear and easy to follow with short video clips. The weekly check in is helpful and again personalised. The feedback is helpful and motivating keeping my focus on my end goal. I’m only 3 weeks in and I’ve managed to incorporate the weekly training and upping my steps as part of a routine now. I’m really glad I took this step and have no hesitation in recommending to others too.

The support i get from Craig is amazing. He listens and tweaks exercises or meal plans from your feedback. The app is a great tool to help you work towards your goals. The best part is Craig wants to educate you about exercise and making healthy choices so you can maintain way after you finish your session with him.

Craig has been absolutely amazing for me! I lost 8 stone before I started his plan and was still very unhappy with how I looked and had a terrible relationship with food! Not eating enough at meal times and having lots of snacks! I just could not shift that last bit of weight and ate the same food everyday! I am now on week 4 and can’t believe the change in my relationship with food! Eating foods I would have not before plan and I am loving it all. I don’t feel hungry like I always was before! I would go to the gym and have no clue on what I was doing and go for a hour and a half just using everything and never seen any change!! I still have a long way to go but all ready can see the difference in my shape! And I am loving the gym plan he has gave me and am not in the gym hours! I feel much happier all ready and so excited each week to see the changes! He 100% is putting all him time into his clients and definitely cares and wants you to smash your goals! And gets back to you as soon as you have a question. I am hoping by the end of my 6 months I will learn to love how I look and look in the mirror and be proud of what I have achieved thanks to Craig! Thank you Craig for popping up in an advert on insta!! Steph.

Craig had the patience of a saint. He even took time to show me how to log my food on my fitness pal. I am a total techno dinosaur. I have fallen behind with logging my meals and he has been very patient with me. He should actually be really peed off with me. onwards and upwards from today onwards.

Craig has been supporting me through my rehab journey with a serious back injury! He has made me a gym programme that love and it’s helping me to rebuild my strength and build muscle! He has helped build my confidence and push me each week. He also keeps me right with nutrition, making sure I’m fuelling my body properly in order to build strength and recover from my injury! He checks in every week and whenever I have questions he is there to help!

Just started week 4 and loving my plan . Having lots of info on the app really helps too . Craig is very knowledgeable and responds quickly if you have any queries. Checks on you too to make sure all is going well doesn’t let you fly solo . Defo get signed up 👍x

What can I say!!! Craig is fantastic, every aspect is covered and he does everything he can to help you reach your goals! Been working with him for a month and the results already are just amazing! If you ever want someone who will push you and help you to reach your goals Craig is your man!!

Craig is the first PT I have worked with that has genuinely cared about my goals and what I felt were barriers and has put serious effort into helping me overcome these. He has been available 24 hours a day to help with any questions I have and has walked me through things that I'm unsure of in great detail. I felt I had struggled to improve my performance over the past few months and within a few weeks with Craig I had improved my form and have been hitting PBs almost every session. He is also great on the food side of things and ensures that I am still eating all my favourite foods while meeting my goals so it has been super easy and straight forward to follow. I can't recommend Craig enough!

Craig has been brilliant as a PT. He has gotten to know the pressures of my work, built a fitness programme and supported my plans, which have been easy to implement in my day-to-day life. Since working with Craig, my fitness has significantly improved, and I am on target to meet my personal goals. The app is brilliant for keeping track of my improvements, and if I need any additional support, I can message Craig and receive a quick response.
