I bought from Creative Cables in London and found them really helpful, both on their chat, email and telephone calls. I needed their help with what parts to buy to make up what I needed, they took me through the parts step by step, explained everything and they assembled for a really minimal charge. There are tons of great products and ideas on their site. I would buy from them again and would recommend them highly.

I ordered a lamp plus cables from creative cables Austria. Colour did not correspond to the picture. Decided to return it. First I was told I cannot return part of the order. Then the person I was talking to was unsure whether I had to pay return costs or not. But then she promised to return the money. Received the money for the lamp, but never got €10 for sending it back though I contacted them several times. Got a part of the money returned after publishing this rating. The products do have a good quality.

Ich habe was bestellt und ein Teil Retour gesendet. Leider habe ich nach mehr als einem Monat keine Info erhalten. Ich renne hier schon seit Wochen hinterher. Sehr schwache Leistung. Nie wieder !!!!

Very bad service. I ordered a lamp at creative cables germany in august this year. We didn´t get our product even if we paid it immediately. Now I´m trying to get my money back since october this year, but I´m not reaching anyone.

Det er 12 dage siden jeg bestilte min vare. Beløbet er trukket fra min konto, men pakken aldrig modtaget. Jeg er stærkt utilfreds med Creative Cables!

I have used Creative Cables a couple of times. The goods aren't bad - an acceptable quality/cost balance, but every time I have contacted the customer service, that's pretty much close to nonexistent. Every time I have to call an average of 8 times across a day or two for finally someone to pick up the phone, and this last order I've placed with them, when someone eventually answered, the support was absolutely disgraceful. The only thing I needed was for my cable to come cut as ordered, instead of sending all my order as a a single cable, but the person on the other side of the phone was able to give nothing but rude answers. After some complaining and bad reviewing of the company, I managed to contact the CEO directly, who support was (as supposed) way more professional and understanding of the situation. In the end, I managed to send the cables back and get them cut and delivered to me on a quick courier, and received a further discount for all the trouble, which was a good plus. Just a shame that what should be a simple customer service situation solved in the moment had to reach the CEO. Like said before, their products are of a good quality/value, I believe that if the customer service (at least in the UK) is fairly improved they can become a very good supplier.

Har købt 2 stk. Globe de Luxe pærer, som jeg har returneret og i stedet købt 2 stk. Mega Edison Globe. I dag 2 måneder senere har jeg ikke modtaget returbeløb på 338,50 kr.

Excellent range of products, they sell a lot of items that are hard to find elsewhere such as the 'Decentralizer'. I used their products to make a set of dining table pendants and very happy with the results and quality of the products.

produit incomplet . manque les capots de douille. sav innefficace pour quelques euros. incapable de renvoyer les pieces manquantes. mieux vaut aller ailleurs.

A Creative Cables lamp holder bought was faulty. I called international number to explain, was told that I must write a description and take photos as proof, despite the lady on the phone saying she knows what I mean. I needed the replacement urgently as electrician was due to be here the next day. I therefore had to pay for my own replacement part (despite spending £200+ with Creative Cables). I called 30 mins later to say that the express delivery would not be fast enough and despite not being sent out till later that day I was told I can't cancel and be refunded now. So I paid £20 for a £4 lamp holder that didn't get here in time, that I couldn't cancel and shouldn't have had to pay for in the first place. Sorry, I could never recommend Creative Cables!

Räkna med 9-10 arbetsdagar leveranstid, alldeles för lång tid numera! Men annars är företaget toppen!

Jeg bestilte fatninger og ledning i en uge, der vidste sig at være firmaets sommerferie. Den første uge var der derfor ingen kontakt til firmaet, men i den efterfølgende uge fulgte de op på bestillingen og ringede tilbage. Det var god service.

Commandé passée sur creative-cables.fr. L'envoi a été rapide et avec suivi (DHL) et le SAV a été super réactif suite à une petite erreur sur la commande. Nouvel envoi réalisé rapidement. Pour info, la boutique physique est située à Turin. Le service client parle français. La livraison se fait en 2-3 jours. A recommander.
