Ordered a keyring for Father’s Day. It was really good quality but the engraving on the back wasn’t set out as I had asked so I got in touch with customer service. They replied really quickly! The layout I wanted was indeed possible so they sent me another out in the post and it arrived within days! Fantastic! However the layout wasn’t right again. I emailed them a couple of times but didn’t get a reply. I had to give the keyring as it was for Father’s Day. A little disappointed as £34 for a keyring isn’t exactly cheap. Still no reply to date.

I ordered the Coaster for Fathers Day. The delivery was quick (to France) however I was disappointed with the final product. I was never sent an image of how my coaster would look like and the photo of my daughter was not central and the tip of her head was chopped off. I would have appreciated having the chance to review how it would look so I could choose to change the photo or ask it to be re-centred or moved down a bit.

This gift was so beautiful and the quality even better than I was expecting. Also came in a fabric pouch which was beautiful for giving as a gift. Thank you!

I ordered 2 key rings, 1 was a gift for Fathers Day. 1 I am happy with - it is well made and the picture is of a high quality. The other is unfortunately not of the same standard. The picture is grainy (the photo I sent was of a high quality) and has been cropped oddly. I have sent an email to complain but have not yet had a response.

Really happy with the customer service when ordering this product. It was great to be able to track the shipment to my door! Product arrived in really lovely thoughtful packaging, easy to assemble and is good quality and beautiful design.
