I bought two gifts for two recipients. The one I’ve received is lovely and I couldn’t be happier with it. I didn’t pay for gift wrapping but it came with a lovely cardboard box anyway which was a lovely surprise. The other gift I requested to be sent directly to my friend with some very specific directions about postage and Georgia was really helpful and took on board everything without charging any extra. I absolutely love this site. The keyring I got is amazing. You have to be very careful when putting in the details to be engraved. My first order I put in a wrong date the support email was answered on the same day and was so so helpful. I'll be sure to come back!
