apart from delivery everything was good, delivery took ages even though paid for next day delivery.
Very happy. The prices are very competitive. But the real bonus is there is someone on the end of the phone (And no automated phone options!), who can help on customer enquiries and sizing and who clearly knows their stock. I will be choosing Cozy Mole over other web providers of out door kit.

Love this gruffalo backpack with reins. Bought it for my mobile one year old. Cozy mole offered it at a cheaper price than anywhere else and payment was easy and delivery fast. Will use cozy mole again!
The item I ordered was too small so I called them. Incredibly polite said I could return the item and they would send a larger size, which was more expensive but they said they would not charge the increase. The original and replacement items arrived very quickly. Very decent people and I ended up extremely satisfied. It was not their fault the size was too small for my child but everything was resolved in a pleasant manner and without any hassles.
Good price, item as described and added extras to make a difference. We have used in Rio to go up sugarloaf mountain where it drew lots of admirers!
