Cozymole went above and beyond finding me a replacement coat for the one I had ordered, but was to small. They didn't have a bigger size in stock So went through all their returns to see if they could find one there. With no luck they then went through last years stock and found me an identical coat in the size and colour for a cheaper price. They then arranged to pick up the coat that was to small when they delivered the new coat on a day that suited me best. I would happily recommend cozymole to anyone
