Love my Solis adjustable tables! This is the second set I’ve ordered. So versatile and stylish. This second set of tables are in the silver finish, which is very nice. The first set are black, unfortunately the black finish is tricky to keep looking nice after condensation from glassware or hot mugs. Not a bad enough problem to stop me from ordering two more to give as gifts.

Love my new couch it looks great in person and is very comfortable. The velvet fabric feels soft and luxurious especially for the reasonable price. They send out fabric samples for free which was amazing and useful because I was very particular about the shade of green I wanted. Order shipped next day and delivery was on the early side of the timeframe they provided which was great! I didn’t have to contact customer service as I had no issues with this order but I did contact them earlier for an inquiry and they were prompt to reply.

Customer service is always amazing! I think it’s one of the best I ever got. Had to order a replacement for my couch that is an old model and the agent was great to help me with it. I also receive it in 4 days (right before Christmas) that was amazing!

Overall experience was excellent. Despite the Canada Post strike, the boxes with the furniture arrived when I needed them. Sofa and loveseat were super easy to put together (took one person, one hour), look great and are very comfortable. The modular aspect is also something that could be very useful in the future.

Placed an order for a rug based on the delivery timelines provided. We ordered the rug and we received our shipping information which didn’t update for several days. We finally got an update that it would arrive on Dec 24 but then three days later it updated to be way past the delivery timeline. The whole reason we ordered it was because the website said it would be delivered within our required timeline. The canpar tracking for our shipment was the absolute worst. It was well beyond our delivery timeline and it’s extremely disappointing we are still waiting. I would not use canpar as a delivery carrier again for customers. Can’t comment on the rug quality as we have not received it yet.

It's says quick shipping ... almost took 1 month. Rug is nice but tends to move around on the pad if you have little ones. I see your reply and on your page it literally says ... fast and free shipping ..... I didn't say that you guys did ...

I'm very satisfied with the rug. I have three children and a dog, so it is often polluted, but it can be easily washed and dried, and the appropriate cushion protects the children. It's the best rug I've ever used.

Ottoman came but couch was delayed. Now past the last day estimated for coming with no updates for when it will come. Confusing

Our experience with Cozey was wonderful from the start, even the ordering process was fast and smooth. We love the washable rug we purchased and are thinking of one or two more places we could use one!

Better than expected - excellent quality and sooooo comfortable. It’s been a year now since I bought the Cozey couch and I was so nervous since I don’t like to buy furniture online but it was the best decision and I highly recommend it to those looking for a comfortable but aesthetically pleasing couch

My mother in law bought us a ciello with a chaise lounge and it is the most uncomfortable couch ever. We sat on my sister in laws ciello couch and it was comfortable so it seems we got a horrible couch. We even had to ask for another chaise lounge because it wasn’t inflating and we had stayed off it for 2 weeks. Which is asinine to begin with, that you’re not allowed to sit on your own couch for 2 weeks. We also bought a Neptune pull out couch which I’m doubtful on how comfortable that will be in a week or two as currently after setting it up it is not comfortable. They also were delayed by a month on delivering the couch and I had to keep reaching out to them to ask for an update because they weren’t letting me know it was delayed. Customer service is hard to work with for the company

Your asking for a rating for a product I don't have.... Tracking said it would arrive by Dec 23rd. Which did not happen. No communication. So very upset at this point

Shipping was pretty fast 2 weeks from ordering which is good (most take months ) It comes in parts but it was kinda hard to slot pieces in by myself. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Now for the comfort of this couch after having for 9 months I have one major compliant. The middle of couch is not constructed well and you can feel the wood parts. It’s usually just me sitting on it but when I lay down I can actually feel the wood seams in the middle. Of your not sitting on that part it’s quite comfortable. Also the threads are kinda coming loose from the fabric.

No estimated date of arrival provided and my couch has been sitting in Vancouver BC for a week with no movement, although I assumed it would have been shipped from the Montreal area.

Great customer service! I didn’t quite know if my concern would be valid about my ottoman cushion case shrunk after one wash. Cozey gave me another one ! Huge thank you-I’m going to try it out again.
