I have completed the course and ordered for pdf certificate and unfortunately i recieved a wrong dated and wrong percentage marks and i even told the authorities and its over 5 weeks and still no reply to that which is very dissappointing act.
Great courses and only encountered one problem in two years, which was fixed quickly and efficiently for me, which was really good and dealt with quickly.

Good courses took abit longer for pdf certificate but worth the wait Update 31st May never recieved student I.D in post emailed over 6 days ago no reply should of been 7 to 9 days they say sent 11th May and this was inclusive with the course that being said course cloud reached our to offer a solution which I accepted and was very fair in this
