We purchase the 6x4 queen pegolia and blinds. The quality of the pegolia was amazing. Assembling took longer than expected but it was well packaged and instructions were very details. There was a fault with one of the blinds. After photos were provided to cosydeals, they organised a replacement blind. We dealt with Mel throughout the process who was great and very helpful.

Received our Pergola with 1 delay. But reasonable for November. Pergola is of good quality, there was no damage to our 4x6 pergola which included 4 manual curtains, again great quality. A few flaws along the way, missing parts which delayed the install by 6 hours. Cosy Deals replied to my message immediately & rectified the issue. Found the install instructions abit vague, or maybe felt things werent highly stressed enough, this made for going forward difficult. But when it states to keep the rubbers separate (THIS IS A MUST) We got there in the end. Curtains are easy to install following the instructions to the letter we couldn't find the release button only to realise there is no such thing. The very importance of keeping the structure balanced to slot the curtains was paramount. Another client is correct there should have been touch up paint in the package, we used a dark grey spray paint to cover bare areas. It was a great experience & we believe if we had to do it again we would find it much easier. Took around 4 full days to get the 4x6 pergola with 4 side curtains up. Great prices for this product, I was in bunnings today looking at there pergola on display with the louvre roof & hand on heart the Cosy Deal pergola is a much sturdier product. I will be looking to purchase a smaller pergola for my daughters property. Keep up the good work Cosy Deals!!

Pergola is good value for money. The overall kit could be improved by including some touch up paint to correct powder coating faults. Also, fixing the base to concrete with dyna bolts is dicey, they have a tendency to slacken in the holes drilled when tightened. After two failed attempts I swapped for Ramset AnkaScrews, worked way better. Disappointing communication failed to advise of minor delay in pergola delivery which wasn't a concern, and a major delay with the sun blind. Ordered in October, expected late November now waiting to the end of summer in mid February. I only found out by checking the website, even now I'm not confident it will be delivered by the February date.

Great price for a great product. The communication between my order date and delivery date was great. I enquired about the eta and they did their best to give me up to date information. Delivered 1 month after order, which was expected.

I left notes for delivery instructions which were ignored and not passed on by seller to transport company which left a $3000 item sitting on footpath. Not happy. They need to lift their game

We were kept informed of our order and it was easy to check up online how it was progressing. When it arrived everything was there and it was easy to erect my husband did it by himself and i helped a little when needed. It looks great and provides shade over our spa.

Purchased a pergola 4 x 4 meters and screens as well, I was planning to install it myself but I am glad that I didn't, excellent solid product with good enough instructions 2 man job for aprrox 6 hours

A very good purchase .. strong good looking and easy to assemble. The pergola I got was 4m x 3m and there is only a small time that you need 2 people to fix one section. it will take you about 4/5 hours to complete.

The pergola arrived in a neat, luxurious, and clean package. It was also very easy to install using the manual provided by the company. Their customer service is incredibly friendly. overall, the two month of waiting were completely worthwhile.
