Wonderful experience would do it all again with less worry next time as just all round nice experience which I worried about for ten years prior to it.Gus not sure of his job title put me at ease about the GA and made me laugh about his band didn’t even think about what was going on! I had lots of questions and emails before extra phone calls to DR Anderson before I decided what I wanted was never felt an inconvenience. Worth every penny! This was years of research and 5 different companies and I’m glad I took the time as I hate taking my clothes off but was all done professionally and never once felt uncomfortable.

One week after my sleeve… This is now In my opinion the best thing I have done in my entire life, the 1st few days are rough yes but looking back after week 1 I can’t believe the progress already, me and Amy one of the resident nurses checked my weight today and it was 19st.3lb and my starting weight was 20st.5lb… I’ve shifted that in week one !! Not only has the weight moved but my mental health has done a complete 360! I have a brighter outlook at life & I have a positive future ahead of me that won’t be controlled with an addiction to food. the staff at cosmedicare through at st Ellen’s are next to none, I would dare you to find a better team than them because it can’t be done !! Right from my initial phone call with Julie to my pre op with Amy & my surgery with Chris and all the amazing staff inbetween who have taken care of me !!! There is far too many to mention but I will give a special mention to Mandy one of the scrub nurses because without her I might not have got on that table. Finally the woman behind the company, Gill Baird, where do I start with gill.. she has created a brand and an empire so amazing and successful and professional that from the moment you pick up that phone to the moment you walk out that door you know that cosmedicare is the best of the best, and after speaking to gill at length today & understanding just how this empire all started it honestly blows me away at just how much of an incredible woman she is So to summarise if you have any doubts DON’T HAVE !! An amazing place to have surgery. Cosmedicare truly looked after me throughout my journey of surgeries. I had breast augmentation done at cosmedicare on the 14th of March, all the staff here are amazing at what they do, I had my surgery with mr will anderson who was amazing from start to finish and I’m so happy with my results. Karen was great aswell she was always there to answer any questions I had before my surgery. I was super nervous on the day of surgery everyone really calmed me down and made me feel so at ease so thanks to the nurses, the anaesthetist hamish, Karen and mr anderson, they are a great team I’m glad I choose cosmedicare.

I had uplift and implants done on 19th march 2024. I can not explain how happy I am! Communication before during and after has been first class. I was so nervous and was made to feel so at ease and assured every step of the journey. I could not be happier with my experience and results. My surgeon was Mr Cahoon and he was so professional and just amazing! Truly life changing experience and I can not thank everyone at cosmedicare enough! Would highly recommend :)

*In relation to their response, that’s so bizarre isn’t it cause I have emails from this year for the 2 managers raising my concerns and how unhappy I was this was multiple emails so that’s untrue I have complained.Ive already saw a second surgeon at cosmedicare twice. Yes I understand uplift is not included but if I’ve had an infection shortly after which wasn’t my fault and my outcomes then been affected surely this should be covered so in conclusion if something goes wrong afterwards that isn’t your fault it’s you that’s out of pocket to fix it ?** I had breast augmentation in October 2022 I had implants put in I was told this would be enough to lift the excess skin I had and give me the upperfullness I was looking for I had a slight difference in my breasts but was told it wasn’t necessary to use 2 different sizes . I had thought I would’ve been an uplift after having kids however was told it wasn’t necessary. I went ahead had my surgery and ended up with an infection in one of my breasts shortly after which led to me being hospitalized which was dealt with quickly when I had sent in images to the nurses.i was prepped for wash out surgery in the breast that had swollen right up however this wasn’t required and I was given antibiotics and let out with extra as a Precaution . Over the first few months I had a difference I thought this was just normal as they say look at it like 2 different surgeries. I then spoke with my surgeon at my 6 month review raising my concerns about the difference in my breasts as this was still very noticeable I had one larger than the other and they looked different shapes. He told me he hoped it would settle down and to get back in touch if it was still bothering me he told me it would be someone else I’d see as he was retiring which was fine although this did make me a bit apprehensive as it was someone new if be dealing with however I was happy they’d still see me. I got back in contact as my wedding was approaching and I still wasn’t happy with my results. I was then offered a second opinion with another surgeon I was told at this appointment to go buy a wonderbra if I wanted upperfullness I was really upset and I just felt because he said they looked fine to him he disregarded my feelings. The conclusion of this was my problem wasn’t covered under any revision policy and my outcome was within a normal range so I left really upset after paying all that money for the total opposite of what I thought I was paying for . I then asked for another consultation to see what could be done to fix this as it was really bothering me and my wedding was coming up I had a lot of skin pulling in the larger breast it was uncomfortable without a sports bra as it was falling into my armpit basically and I couldn’t get any bra or bikini to fit me properly. I was then told at this next consultation I could pay for further surgery this being an uplift and reduction in the one breast and some pocket tightening to hopefully help these issues I was having or swap the smaller size implant for a larger one. I was initially happy with this however this now meant paying out even more money for further surgery when I don’t think my results are what I paid for and anyone I show can’t believe they won’t fix them as they aren’t anything like what I had asked for and they look like 2 different breasts . another thing I must say is the time it took them to actually give me these appointments left me next to no time to get them fixed before my wedding as I would ask for one they wouldn’t give me ones til weeks later but then on their Facebook page would put up dates for appointments the following week which I just found strange considering they knew I was looking for it to be done before my wedding. I was supposed to go back for another appointment and I cancelled this and now I don’t think I’d even want to rearrange it at this point I felt they were happy to take my money off me but as soon as I voiced my disappointment it was disregarded and they didn’t care. My weddings been and gone my boobs sat fine for the first few hours then again as usual just slipped right down under the support as ones too heavy I’ve tried using boob tape and that doesn’t even hold the larger one in place I didn’t spend thousands of pounds on my boobs for them to be bottom heavy and no upper fullness this was not what I discussed at my consultation and if I had known how they’d end up looking I wouldn’t have bothered wasting my money. I have a difference in both my breasts I have one that sits ok then the other there’s a gap at the top and it looks like my implants sliding further and further down and really sagging. What upsets me the most is now I’ve had surgery done here it’s going to be more difficult for any other surgeons at other clinics to even consider looking at me. I’m really disheartened with my outcome.

Absolute professionalism and outstanding customer care from start to finish. I had consultations with other clinics and Cosmedicare stood out as not being sales focussed but genuinely caring about the customer experience (and outcome). My actual procedure couldn’t have gone better - everyone in the clinic was amazing, reassuring, calming … everything you could ask for and after care has been exemplary.

I had a tummy tuck and lipo in October 2023, I originally had a consultation for Tummy tuck and Breast uplift/implant with Dr Widdowson. During consultation I was advised to have 3 ops to receive the best results and everything was explained why. There was no pressure to go ahead and was given thinking time before a follow up phone appointment with his assistant. I stayed over 1 night and all nurses were very caring and helpful and just a bell away if you needed anything. The menu for tea wasn't the healthiest option, but i'm sure if i asked for an alternative they would of allowed that option, however I didn't have an appetite and asked for more toast and tea and that wasn't a problem. The recovery and after care has been great, knowing they are just a phone call/email away for any enquiries is reassuring.

The surgeon has done an amazing job so happy with the results I had a couple of minor things and needed some advice after the procedure….phone calls from the nurse never happened as promised and follow up appointments I had to make myself after care was lacking and found the lack of communication and mixed advice not great

I’ve had plastic surgery a few times now. This was my first with Cosmedicare Livingston. From the first phone call right through to leaving the hospital the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and made me feel really at ease. Jade the head nurse is an amazing person and really down to earth and keeps you laughing right through. Hamish the anaesthetist was fantastic. And my surgeon Mr Cahoon is very thorough making sure you know exactly what you want. I’m so pleased so far with my recovery and from someone who’s been to quite a few places I honestly can say I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

I contacted Cosmedicare upon a recommendation from a friend. Prior to a consultation I was asked to take photographs of myself and send them in with some details. I later received an email to say i was suitable for a TT with lipo. I also wanted a breast uplift however was told this couldn't be achieved in the one surgery. I would need to leave a period of 3 months in between. The following week I called in and spoke to a different person in the office (Gillian, the owner) who said yes everything could be achieved in the one surgery. She was really helpful and reassuring. A few days later i tried to book a consultation with the surgeon. Unfortunately the office could not find my photographs or details and asked me to resend everything in again. I found this really concerning. I was told they had IT issues and working off 2 different systems. The photographs turned up on another system on someone else's pc. This was quite off putting for me given the sensitive nature of the photographs. As a business owner I thought i should bring this to the owners attention. Therefore I wrote a letter raising my concern to the owner and sent by email. To my surprise the letter of concern was responded to by the person who had lost my photographs and simply asking when i wanted my consultation. I questioned why my letter hadn't been sent to Gillian I was told it would be sent to her later "but don't expect a response because she doesn't deal with patients". This immediately set alarm bells ringing. Imagine there was an issue post surgery and the owner refuses to communicate with me. I've never received a response to my email of concern and therefore lost faith. Anyway it all ended fine as i booked into Elanic and had a full TT, 360 lipo, Muscle repair, breast uplift with implants and mole removal and i'm delighted with the results so far. The experience at Elanic was far more professional and I couldn't recommend them more.

Absolutely over the moon with Cosmedicare. My surgeon Cameron Raine, was fantastic and put in so much effort trimmed, tucked and sooked all the right bits to make sure he could get the best results and even made sure my tattoo was salvageable. So pleased with my results so far! All the staff have blown me away, everyone I have dealt with have been so cheery, helpful and genuinely care! Angela was my main nurse during my stay and she is an absolute angel! If I could have packed her up in my back to take her home I would have! During the aftercare Irene has been amazing putting my mind at ease and also giving such good care in my check ups! So pleased I chose Cosmedicare.

Thank God I found Cosmedicare online. I searched them up after I had been to Ross Hall Hospital, (Where I did not enjoy my experience at all) I felt the staff in Ross Hall didn’t really care about me and were quite judgemental.. Which surprised me a lot… this was a huge deal for me .. as I was so nervous and embarrassed… I had inverted nipples since giving birth to my children - and after losing weight my breasts were empty … I was never a fan of Cosmetic surgery etc because of all the reality TV stars etc with big fake balls as boobies.. So I never imagined myself getting something like this … However after plucking the courage up I started looking into both surgeries - (Breast Augmentation and nipple correction) as I said Ross Hall was my first choice - but I really didn’t like my experience … So when I contacted Cosmedicare I was blown away by the service, The kindness, the instant feeling that , what I was in for, was actually ok and normal … And all my worries/fears disappeared ! It was like night and day to Ross Hall .. I traveled further to go here but it was worth it - I had my augmentation in Dec 2021 first then we waited to see if the nipples reacted to the first surgery before we decided on the nipple correction … one of my nipples 80% corrected itself but I booked in again for both nipples to make sure - I was in last week for my final op!! Both operations were so professional in the most beautiful private hospital , everything immaculate - staff are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet - my surgeon Will Anderson was outstanding from start to finish… Susan who answers all my weird n wacky questions at all hours of the night was my little guardian angel whilst I worried about every scenario possible … I will be forever grateful to them all . Gillian Baird is one inspirational woman … what she has created is just perfect! She knows what her patients needs are and she’s made a fabulous job of making sure her staff do too … onwards and upwards for Gill and all very well deserved ! What an experience … Prices are also very reasonable … the funny thing is after I booked with Cosmedicare - eventually my quote from Ross Hall came in 4 weeks late - and it was £3750 more expensive !!! Am I glad I didn’t go down that road .. If anyone is thinking of any cosmetic surgery please go no further .. you will be in the bestest hands .. I had a full tummy tuck with Lipo to the flanks 5 weeks ago with cosmedicare. They were amazing from start to finish and the new hospital St Ellen’s is great. Even tho I dieted and exercised I had a lot of loose skin following a complicated pregnancy and c section birth, even though I was happy with the rest of my body I just hated look at the pouch and loose skin I was left with. I had 2 consultations with different surgeons, Mr Cahoon and Mr Widdowson and both were as knowledgeable and professional as each other. I only had the 2 because I changed my surgery date to bring it forward. Mr Widdowson completed my surgery and together with all the theatre staff and Dr Lang the anaesthetist I couldn’t have had a better team. In fact Dr Lang made me feel so at ease about the general anaesthetic as I was very nervous due to a previous bad experience when I was younger. He listened to all my concerns and reassured me I wouldn’t have the same issues-which I didn’t. Would highly recommend cosmedicare.

My whole experience with Cosmedicare has been fantastic, from my initial contact with the team to my consultation and the day it self. At every stage I was reassured, never pressured and no question was made to feel silly. I love that the team are happy to sit and have a chat and share their personal experiences too, it really does make you feel more relaxed about the whole journey. After breastfeeding 2 babies and weight changes my breasts were an empty c cup. My end goal was to be lifted by implant only and more volume at top but not a massive cup size. Mr Anderson gave me a few suggestions and because I was unsure he was even happy to see me again before my surgery to have a final chat about sizes etc. I felt really nervous in the days before the surgery but honestly the day it self you are so well looked after and every detail is explained I felt completely calm and safe. The lovely Angela was with me at each stage and made sure I was always ok. You do your lateral flow (which you bring) at the doors and a pregnancy test when you’re in. Mr Anderson and Gordon the Anaesthetist both came in for a chat before the surgery and to confirm sizes. (335cc HP over muscle) Getting put to sleep was really easy and what felt like two mins later I woke up with tea and toast! I felt a little sore but after some painkillers I felt fine and comfortable on the journey home. I was in at 12.30pm and leaving at 5.30pm with my meds and aftercare explained. The first few days was uncomfortable and swollen but keeping on top of the pain meds makes everything ok. I did have a peek the first day and felt like they were huge but honestly they change and soften every day so don’t panic! I am now two weeks post op and already in love with the results. Sleeping propped up is probably the worst bit, I get a really sore Back and feeling achey through the night but again once you’re up and about it’s fine! I’ve been taking arnica tablets throughout too which I think helps. Also you are pretty bloated the first 3-4 days which isn’t fun but lots of peppermint teas and a few gentle walks help. I’m back to work now and driving again so feeling more myself. I have feeling in both nipples and breast. I’ve since had my one week post op check up and all healing really well. I can’t believe how well the scar has healed already, you can hardly see it! Any questions I’ve had post surgery has been answered really quickly and the private Facebook group is a fantastic community to get advice from other people as well as help people who are at earlier stages. A massive thank you to Gill, Susan, Mr Anderson, Angela, Gordon and the whole team. You really have something very special. Can’t wait to see my final results and wear nice bikinis and clothes feeling confident in myself. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Cosmedicare after all my research and having gone through a breast augmentation with them.
