Unfortunately package arrived without necessary bolts to construct the product. I phoned and the bolts were sent but they were the wrong ones. Hence I had to assemble product as best I could.
Very friendly and helpful staff, both on the phone and at the warehouse. Product is excellent; with useful dimensions, easy to cut and fit together and very strong. The product is quite expensive, but if you can stretch a little bit further this is a good investment which made my shingle path very neat and evenly spread.
