Headset will not connect to anything. No instructions on how to utilize headset. And cannot reach anyone in customer service. Also cannot return due to small return window.

Unbelievably clever, and simple to use. Good for the team around a table, although on single-use it will show the other side of a room, which would be good to control. But its robust has good sound and a mike system, very pleased with the purchase.
It’s the most low-maintenance, high-performance device our office has invested in. We use it for hybrid meetings and it’s never failed us. We’ve been using it for months now. Simply plug it in and start the meeting.
Delivery took longer than expected because of the monsoon season. The packaging sort of got distorted. The product works wonders, to be sure. I will definitely order more soon.
The first time I witnessed a meeting using a 360 conference camera, I just knew I had to buy one for my team. It makes you feel like part of the team. Unlike having traditional zoom meetings with individual people on each screen, it’s like being face to face with everyone.
Our room aesthetic is leaning towards minimalistic oak and white setup. The device came in gray and silver which looked very modern. We love the AI feature, to be honest. It was like having a meeting in the future.
The device itself was in good condition. However, the outer box had some dents on the edges. It didn't make for a good present. But the Coolpo itself worked wonders. Wonderful firmware update too.
The set up time is very fast. Once we got used to the tight positioning of the cable at the bottom, we could set up our meeting anywhere in just under 3 minutes. We also purchased a 3rd party carry case that helped in the portability of the device but it made it quite heavy.
We just finished training our team on how to use your device. According to them the explanation was as easy as the actual execution. We've been looking for products we can easily have our admin and sales staff use for online meetings. We are in the process now of purchasing more.

The upgrade on their software really amazed us. It solved the audio problem we were initially having. They had more frequent updates since. During this time, I’m assuming the software is more stable and therefore more reliable. We have purchased 7 more for our remote sites and meeting rooms.
I was overcharged $100 in the beginning. The company did send me a check for the overpayment. Hope to see how it works this weekend.
It’s so difficult to plug the USB and power cables! I thought it was broken but the customer service was kind enough to explain that it was just a matter of pushing the USB cord further until I hear a click sound. They should think of a better way to connect it to my computer, maybe go wireless or something.
No visual indication when pressing the power buttons We cannot tell if the power buttons are doing anything since we cant see any indication apart from the changing lights at the button. It would have been better if we also saw that on the computer monitor or something
It was really useful to be able to have the main video automatically concentrate in on the speaker. My team enjoys...being able to communicate directly with the team on the other side rather than having to peer around the backs of people's heads. It's difficult to put into words how much better a dynamic meeting video can be when using the PANA; it's like having a multi-camera television studio in your conference room.

The Coolpo does not contain internal software so you always have to plug it into your computer during meetings. I thought it annoying that we have to do so. For those who have it, you will have to spend some time locating the USB getting it from the floor or something and then plugging it in instead of simply connecting it via USB. We realized this is much safer than having a wifi-enabled device. Our computers are connected via ethernet usually for meeting room security. It also follows that we have USB-enabled devices for camera/mics/speaker as well!
Admittedly, we didn’t expect much. The leading brand isn’t up to our standard. We hoped to only check out the features of this cheaper alternative but surprisingly, we have been happy with our observations. They have clearer imaging, good CS, and a very crisp sound. It helps that the microphones are on top and not at the bottom. Would definitely recommend Coolpo AI Huddle Pana.
