The engineer (Cole) who contacted us was a consummate professional, courteous and respectful of the property, who explained the product and its benefits clearly and well. His review was detailed, after which he proceeded with the installations as appropriate without any oversight from me. The time for installation was less than an hour, very impressive, and he also was mindful of any water spillages, which showed enormous consideration, again a sign of his professionalism. I am eagerly looking forward to my reduced water and gas bills!

I was contacted by an engineer who explained we could have a device fitted to our water meter to reduce the flow, and save us money. A date was arranged, and the device fitted. The flow has been reduced, but not so it impacts general use. If it helps to save the amount of water used, and cuts my water bill, then it's a win win. The engineer was professional, friendly and I'm pleased to have had the device fitted.
Its imporant to me to reduce impact and conserving water is one of my aims. Control Flow came to my house on time as booked, did a survey and took some measurements, and ran me through some options to save water. They showed me what the likely savings would be (around 60L per day). Then they quickly and neatly made the changes. They were tidy, considerate and friendly. I'm delighted with the results.
Given the cost of living crisis, I’ve been looking for ways to reduce our household bills and be as efficient as I can be. We’ve also recently brought a lovely baby girl home so we are conscious that we will be using more energy and water than we are used to. I contacted Control Flow earlier this year to arrange for an engineer to visit to give us some advice on what products may be suitable for our property. An engineer named Kristian attended. It was so straight forward. As I’m on a water meter he advised that he could install a product in the meter chamber outside so we wouldn’t have anything visible in our property and he wouldn’t need to cut into any pipework. The installation took about 25 minutes and he gave us some advice on how to maximise our savings. I’ve been monitoring our usage through meter readings and we are seeing some great savings. Can’t wait to see how much we save financially. Highly recommend!

He thoroughly explained what he was going to be doing, which products he was going to use and how they reduce water consumption. The install was quick and efficient and only involved a short duration with no water. Overall there doesn’t seem to seem be a difference in water service, so all there is now is to save water and money!
