Pricing and delivery times are subject to rapid changes based on market conditions. If your needs are critical to a specific timeline, please contact our support specialists in advance of placing an order. As of today, shipping container pricing has officially doubled in the last 120 days in some of our key markets, with rapid and unannounced price increases daily from our suppliers. This inconsistency is particularly problematic to our ability to project up to date pricing in our web-store, and the shortage of supply continues to cause delays on delivery lead times. ContainerDiscounts.com was built to be a marketplace for consumers to easily find and purchase containers online. Our platform is disruptive by design, and often not welcome by some of our competitors and suppliers. Our business model was developed to give some level of transparency and data to the consumer, to help make faster and more informative purchase decisions. Prior to this rapid change in market conditions we were executing that plan very effectively. The last 90 days has been challenging to manage supply and more importantly customer expectations. So what are we doing to correct some of these issues? - We have reduced our margins to help offset price increases. This includes setting markups at a flat rate versus pct% to better control consumer price increases. - In areas where stock is not available by our supply partners, we are offering referrals to local retailers that may have stock on hand. - We are verifying stock immediately after purchase, and presenting our consumers with available options if the exact stock is not available. - We are processing refunds as soon as funds are received from our merchant in the case of cancelled orders. We remain committed to the transparency Trustpilot offers our consumers. And while we have had some upsets over the last 90 days, we feel this platform remains the gold standard for reliable information from real customer experiences. Never trust this company tho as they pretend to be legitimate but they not. I had business with them but they failed to supply my container after making payment, text them but I got no respond, I was so upset, thanks to my husband I was able to contact Mr Thomas which I had to purchase good container from him. Please if you looking to get good container and want it to be deliver to you, text or call Thomas via +1(209)733-0021. This man is just the best.

I ordered a container in June 2021. They never sent my container. The last contact from Arielle Gillies was September 2021 letting me know she was still working on delivering my container. It never happened. Now the contact information for the company is no longer available? Do not place a order with them if you are thinking of purchasing a container.

Ordered two containers in May and April of this year, they are still not delivered, emailing anyone gets a kick back saying the email address may not exist or has been entered incorrectly. Multiple voicemails don't get returned. They continue to use old employees automated messages when a quick search shows you they no longer work for the company. Do not use them. This is ridiculous.

I ordered online. The company said that they cannot ship to me. They never sent me an online receipt won't return emails and verbally said they will refund but they don't. I am fighting with my credit card company to try to get my money back.

On 5-25-21 I placed an order for a 45 ft contrainer. The charge appeared on my credit card that day and then the following occurred on the listed dates. 7-6-21 I asked for info since I had heard nothing from them in over a month. 7-6-21 The same day Arielle replied with I had order from the wrong market and that she would see what my options were and let me know by the next day. She said that shipping would be astronomical, even though the website calculated shipping. 7-12-21 I still hadn't heard back so I told her I wanted to cancel my order. 7-12-21 Arielle said she agreed to cancel and asked for my address stating the refund would be mailed on 7-15 7-21-21 I asked if the refund was mailed 7-23-21 Arielle said my refund would be sent 7-26 7-31-21 I asked about refund again 8-1-21 Arielle said she would check on refund status on morning of 8-2 8-10-21 I asked again for status 8-12-21 Arielle replied back with refunds still being processed and she would check again. 8-18-21 Since she still hadn't replied, I contacted my credit card company and told them the situation. They refunded my money and started a claim with this company. 9-1-21 Credit card company charged me again for the container and sent paperwork showing that containerdiscounts said I never asked for a refund. 9-7-21 Emailed the main support email for the company explaing all of this and have yet to get a reply. Please don't buy from them. As a US Navy veteran it sickens me to see the U.S. Veteran owned business symbol on their website. They are a disgrace. Please don't let them shaft you too.

ARIELLE, THEN BY ALL MEANS DELIVER OUR CONTAINER. IT WAS PAID 4 MONTHS AGO. YOU SAY THAT YOU DON'T OVERSEE REFUNDS, BUT YOU ARE THE ONE THAT TOOK OUR CANCELLATION AFTER YOUR FAILURE TO DELIVER AND SAID YOU WOULD REFUND IN FULL. AND YOU DID IT IN WRITING, BY E-MAIL. E-MAIL OR CALL US AND LET US KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED.

AVOID!!!! I ordered and PAID IN FULL for a container in Oct 2020 – I received an email from THEIR representative it would be 2 weeks for delivery. After 8 months of the hassle calling them and me plowing the snow being prepared for delivery – they told me they wouldn’t deliver the container unless the price came down lower than what I paid. I finally requested a refund.

Order Number: #2272,Ordered on: Aug 2, 2021, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM..... Bought initially a 40ft high capacity container, took my money then 1 week later they tell me it's not available. I ask for money back when they want an additional $1,200. Their sales, Arielle, said it would take 10 days for refund, which goes by and no refund. Call Arielle up and she says she has found a container ready, so desperate for a container I pay the $1,200. No communications, except for a few emails about waiting for a sales release. No one picks up phone nor emails it's it's been 15 days. SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. Will be reporting to BBB and talk to the local police in Tennessee plus I will report Arielle on her LinkedIn account. Have canceled my order awaiting refund. It's been 4 weeks and no refund, cannot get in contact with this single person scam outfit. Seems the only way left is to file a police report and try to go thru small claims court.

Purchased 2 43' containers for a total of $9,000.00, after money was paid on the invoice, company reached out saying the price went up and we had to pay in order to receive containers. We requested to cancel for our money back which was accepted. After that, communication completely dropped. It has been almost 2 months now and no money has been returned to us. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE.

Container Discounts is a scam company. Don't believe the positive reviews. They're fake. There are many legitimate container sellers who are aware of these guys and they're warning people about them. Not only is Container Discounts a scam company, but they have had multiple other businesses selling containers that have also been on scam watches in the past. Just because they have an ABN doesn't mean anything. One of their sales reps called me and asked me to send them a bank transfer. I asked to pay via a protected method (credit/debit card or paypal) and they said they could not accept any other method because their payment system was 'down'. I said I was not comfortable sending money via a normal bank transfer as it was not covered by mastercard or visa. They tried to assure me that all banks cover all scam transactions, but this is a lie. I work in a bank and see these type of scams regularly. Not only did they want me to send them money via bank transfer, they wanted to know what bank it was from. There is no need for them to have this information. They should be able to send an invoice that can be paid for by card. Mastercard and Visa transactions are covered by fraud protection, but bank transfers are not! Do not send your money to these people. You will not get it back, as can be seen in many other reviews. They will give you every excuse under the sun as to why you won't get it back. I did some further research and found quite a few reviews where they had got others to send money and then told them it had been put into the wrong account and that the account was frozen, so they couldn't get access to it. The old saying goes if it's too good to be true, it is. I ended up buying a container from a local reputable seller, which I could actually go and see. They also knew about these guys. DO NOT USE CONTAINER DISCOUNTS.

ELDERLY FRAUD Ordered a container 4/6for my dad then received an email saying that one wasn't available any longer but for $1300 more I could get one. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money.2weeks later I had to call/ email again for again someone to say they haven't processed my refund yet. Twice more I contacted Arielle and she again said that it hasn't processed and she will put it there the next day as she can only process one a day and she already did one. I had to send her another email and call her (didn't answer) to get her to process a refund. She did send an email with a pic of a confirmation but the confirmation number or who from. Still no refund!!! SO MAD SCAM!!!!!!! ELDERLY FRAUD

Absolutely without question the worst experience I have ever had with any company. If you are considering using this company, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! 3 weeks without any communication after my purchase, I send an email to Arielle (operations manager) and she tells me there are no containers available in Seattle. I request a cancellation of my order and refund, receive a return email from Arielle saying it can take up to 30 days to process a refund. 34 days after cancellation, I try to call Arielle because my money has still not been refunded. End up txting with her and she magically is able to start the refund process immediately. I wish I could give a zero star review! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!

Order # 1969 I purchase 2/4/2021 and paid for container in full and received confirmation email. I was told deliver would be 3-5 days. Well it is 2/23/21 and I have emailed and received a phone response that they can't find the sea container I paid for but I can pay more and get one delivered with in 3 days. I called and spoke with a gentleman he told me that I might have to pay extra for a faster delivery fee or upgrade. I informed the gentleman I wasn't going to pay extra for one I want the one they advertised when I purchase and the took my money for. Then I get an email that states the same I can pay more to get one immediately but the one I ordered and paid for I won't get for a few more weeks if they can get it at all. I have been email to others. The one lady stopped communicating with me and the other basically said pay for upgrade or take the refund. I want the container I purchased and It would have be nice to have had it delivered within the 3-5 days but I was ok with the 2 week wait for delivery as long as they keep in touch with me but all I'm getting is upgrade and pay extra or take the refund. Then they throw the weather situation as a delay in getting one well the storm didn't happen until 1 week and3 days later so I don't buy that excuse for the delay or not being able to get my container. Not a good way to do business. I feel that your employees are price gouging me with their own direction or maybe its the company's business practice. If Price gouging is a normal business practice I think its a bad way to do business. I'm will be filling a complaint with BBB.

I ordered a 40 wwt off website for 2350.00 After receiving my funds, was informed the price went up 1000 dollars. I'm STILL waiting for my refund. They received my funds in a matter of minutes and they say it could take a month to get it back. They still have sale prices listed so they can keep suckering people in. If you don't cough up the additional money, they keep your payment and take their time getting it back to you while collecting interest. Scammers!

Great service. As soon as order is placed they inform you very well via email on how to prepare and also a quick questionnaire to make things run smoothly. Every time I emailed them about shipping ETA they emailed back promptly.
