Over the three years we've utilized the email API service, we've never experienced any technical downtime; it has been consistently reliable. The API itself is user-friendly and operates with minimal permissions. Integrating it into security information and event management (SIEM) systems or reporting platforms, such as Power BI, is remarkably simple, offering detailed information. The Contact Consumers team responsible for creating and dispatching emails is exceptional

As of April 14, 2023, Contact Consumers did not have a mobile app. However, sending messages is an excellent experience when accessed through a mobile or desktop browser. This is the only downside; everything else is exceptional.
