Only thing holding back from 5 star rating is your billing conditions. We would prefer to have invoice terms of Net30 instead of billing to a credit card

We have utilized ConferTel's service for a few years. The ease in setting up a conference call with parties from all over the world is a great asset to our ability to provide excellent service to our customers. Staying in touch no matter what time of day it is anywhere around the globe helps us to better support our customers. I can set up a conference call from my home, when I'm traveling, or in the office. It's a quick processes. We have no problems successfully completing the important conference calls we set up. I can't imagine running a global business without this valuable service.

Was disappointed with lack of support in last webinar. Probably lost a big client over it and nothing offered by Confertel to help me repair relationship with my client. We're a long time Confertel user and now unlikely at all to go back. User experience is clunky, uses non-standard terms for basic needs.

I cannot say enough about ConferTel's support for our association. Prompt and efficient service from exceptionally trained and pleasant staff, almost no technical trouble, and responsiveness to our needs is what gives ConferTel 5 stars!

We've never had any technical difficulties or other problems. The cost is a little steep, but I feel it's worth it to not worry about connectivity issues.
