Several of my colleagues use the Conference Call facility on a regular basis. As an office, we use the facility particularly when we need to conduct a telephone conference with colleagues from other countries around the world. International colleagues appreciate this, as they are only charged at their local call rate. The Conference Call website is also very helpful to enable you to identify the number that international parties need to call. I was given my own Conference Call registration card when I joined the company, and used the facility for the first time a couple of days ago. I was pleased to see how simple the system was to use. We had a successful conference call, with colleagues dialling in from Slovakia and the Netherlands, as well as from around the UK. I would recommend this facility to others without reservation.

Easy to use and worked well

Conference call was really good, so simple to use, you can't get it wrong. Saved me so much time, rather than driving across country to meetings, resolved tons of problems in one half hour conference call. Saved

Arranged a 5 person conference call within 2 minutes, very easy set up. I called the helpline to ask a question, I had an immediate answer from a very friendly customer adviser who answered my question. The quality of the call was superb and although some of the participants were in the car, or in a busy environment, you could still hear everyone clearly. I did not have to give any personal information about the participants of the call which was fantastic. At the end of the call, you get notified when someone has left the call which helps to know who is still present and who has left. We normally hold our own conference calls but this can be a complicated process - trying to make sure the phone is available when you need it, dialing one person - putting them on hold and patching the other person through etc. Hence why I decided to try something new and it worked brilliantly.
