Excellent service! The company are a delight to work with. Due to illness, I had to reschedule a delivery of concrete and they could not have been more helpful. The material arrived bang on time and the driver could not have been more industrious. Oh yes, and the quality of the product was first rate!
Concrete 4u were polite and efficient throughout. The girl who took my call was very professional and helpful and gave me the best quote than other companies. The driver, Kyle was earlier than expected but telephoned in advance to ensure it was convenient. Kyle was polite and very helpful going above and beyond what was expected of him. I felt under no pressure and in a rush to barrow the concrete to where I needed it like I have done so in the past with other companies. Kyle was compassionate and understanding when I explained an injury to him meaning why I wasn’t as quick as usual. I will use concrete 4u for all of our future jobs and recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for ready mixed concrete delivered. Great service by everyone involved.
