Computer Rehab is a family run business and has been based in Stevenage for the past 1 years providing expert support for the home computer user. We can now also provide Video to Digital copying and converting. If you have old VHS tapes you can no longer watch we can convert them to modern formats and enable you to view them on your TV, Ipad, Phone, etc. Ken and Julie have over 35 years of experience in the computer industry including education, corporate IT and home support. We run the business from home, this enables us to keep costs down and therefore keep our prices down. As well as business partners Julie and I are husband and wife. Ken was most helpful and effective in setting up a new computer and transferring data to it from an old one.

I had been told it was not possible to access and transfer/delete all the hundreds of emails "stuck" for years in my old Outlook account (which I still need to work on) without an annoying rectangle popping up with each click asking for a password. After reading a great many reviews I chose Ken and he sorted it, together with a number of other issues regarding back-up, Paypal, passwords, Gmail problems, cookies and the battery. I contacted Computer Rehab somewhat in despair as my PC had been acting up for some time now. Ken kindly checked the diagnostics only to find that it had been infected with a serious virus that if he had not fixed could have cost me huge sums of money in the future if not found. The professionalism of this company was outstanding, the charge was extremely adequate for the time Ken spent dealing with this issue and it was a REAL pleasure dealing with him.
