THESE ITEMS WERE REQUIRED URGENTLY. I TELEPHONED BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER AND WAS TOLD NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I EVEN MENTIONED WE WERE IN MINSTER, RAMSGATE AND HOW FAR IT HAD TO TRAVEL. HOWEVER THE GOODS ARRIVED LATER THAN ONES ORDERED VIA AMAZON QUOTING A LATER DELIVERY DATE. I TRACKED THE GOODS ONLINE AND THE DELIVERY STATUS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED ALTHOUGH YOU HAD POSTED THE GOODS. I TELEPHONED AGAIN QUESTIONING THIS AND IT WAS UPDATED AND THE POST OFFICE REFERENCE GIVEN. I APPRECIATE CHRISTMAS POST MAKES DELIVERIES LONGER BUT I GOT IN TROUBLE FROM MY DIRECTOR OVER THE DELAY.
