The person I originally spoke to was very helpful and gave concise quotes for our electricity. During the course of the negotiations, we were kept informed of price fluctuations which was in our favor as they were reducing and dramatically swayed our decision in the end. We received all the necessary information by email to conclude the contract. We also have a dedicated account manager should we need any further help or advice.

Tom was such a help. He made this switch over painless, efficient and clear. I have now reduces my bill by over 30%. I previously called my supplier EDF and they didn’t alert me to the savings I could make with them. It’s very naught of them and a crying shame actually to profit through deceit as I was pretty clear about my bill being too high. In a short period of time Tom found a better rate.
