A day after my order, Column Rads Uk phoned me personally to thank me for my order, and to notify me that one of the products was out of stock and would take longer to arrive if I still wished to proceed with the order. Not only was I impressed with their prompt personal communication, their delivery driver phoned me personally also, to confirm the delivery time on the day of delivery, 2 days later. I cannot praise column rads uk enough. Fast efficient website service. I bought two rads on a saturday afternoon online, and they were delivered on the following tuesday. Couldn't have been better. Complimentary phone call from the delivery driver reassured me it was on its way, allowing good time for me to make sure they could be received. I will not hesitate to recommend them again. No update as to where or why our radiators have not been delivered

Only found out about column rads after I'd bought mine, and found they had a better range at great prices so bought some valves and stands from them. All items were delivered within a matter of days. No complaints.
