The ordering of the flag pole was easy. The getting it delivered was not. I ordered on the 22nd of March and I have yet to receive the flag pole and it is 18th of April. The shipping companies hand off to others and it becomes this loop of trying to get help. VERY dissatisfied and will not recommend due just to the delivery hassle.

Great product and service

I ordered this flag for a Veteran/Civil Service employee retiring after 40 years of service. Although you were not my first choice upon ordering because I was looking at price and not quality. Bad decision. Not only did the colors on the cheaper flag not look red or blue it was made in China even though I specifically said it had to be Made in the U.S.A.. With that being said it was returned for a refund and I ordered this beautiful 5' x 9' flag which was Made in the U.S.A. This U.S. Flag was made of heavy duty cotton and beautifully stitched. We flew this flag in his honor and to say Thank you for his service a week ago. It was very heartfelt and he was so thankful. I would recommend Collins Flags to anyone looking for a quality U.S. Flag Made in the U.S.A.. The only downfall would be the packaging of the flag. I have a huge respect for our flag and what it stands for so I was disappointed at how it was received. Maybe invest in making a patriotic or plain red, white or blue box to ship your product with your Company Name on front. I was going to give a 4 star because of this but it doesn't affect the quality of this product. I would definitely order from Collins Flags again and recommend them to my co-workers. Thank you!

The metal pole was extremely cheap, thin and started to bend with the slightest of breeze. Pole didn't fit in the provided bracket tight and came out allowing the flag to lay on the ground. Totally unacceptable. Luckily, I paid by credit card and already put a stop on the payment and registered a complaint with my credit card provider. Totally disgusting for what I paid, $23. Would never do business with these cheap company again!!

Our flag was delivered on time for my son’s traditional ceremony. It’s beautiful and was the correct size we needed. Thank you.
