As a DIY-er, I only needed a few items, but I found them easily at colglo.co.uk. I was a little surprised that they did not have brass unequal nipple connectors, but the cost of stainless steel was hardly any more. Prices were good and, although carriage is a little more than some other suppliers charge, the total cost was less. Delivery was very swift. Very satisfied!

The website is great and the product is the right one but it took over a week to deliver the part for which I paid £7.50 delivery. I would have accepted 2-3 days or at least a telephone call to say the item was out of stock. However, when chased, no explanation was given except "I don't know why this hasn't been sent yet". When one has a leak in a tenanted property, you rely upon decent service to resolve the issue, however due to the rather tardy delivery, this was not as easy as it should have been. I will think twice before using this website again for urgent parts; which is a shame because otherwise I was happy with the part, the price and the ease of use of the website. I hope this was an unfortunate one-off.

Initially when I have placed order it was put on hold as some items were out of stock. Later they actually called me back to tell me that the items are back in stock and that it will be posted same day. They also apologized for a delay. Top service.
