Great company. My only gripe is the courier company used.APC they do not deliver to local shops so somebody has to be in awaiting delivery. UPS and DPD both deliver to shops local to me. As a tradesmen still on the tools my time is money. Gripe over

If you want the more specialist fittings that aren't stocked by many plumbing suppliers, then Collister & Glover are hard to beat, as they hold most of their listings in stock. Prices are good, and shipping is swift, so we're using them more and more often. Communication is also good if there are any queries or problems with your order.

IN GENERAL I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED, PRICES ARE GOOD AND THE CHAPS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. MY FIRST ORDER HAD SOME 28MM COPPER PIPE AND THE ENDS WERE DAMAGED AND I HAD TO SHORTEN THEM, SO I BUY MY PIPE LOCALLY NOW. BUT APART FROM THAT, NO PROBLEM.
I've used Collister and Glover several times now and I've need been disappointed with them. I had several questions about fittings they answered very quickly and on one particular order I selected the wrong part and they emailed me confirming that was the correct part, which is wasn't and they corrected it! Can't fault that for customer service!

Very competitive prices, same day despatch and next day delivery, despite selecting the cheapest delivery option. I had a small problem with my order - not ColGlo's fault - and the sales manager rang me, posted a replacement, and refunded my postage. Exceptional service. Highly recommended.
I am a woman buying underfloor heating for the first time. Collister and Glover offered the best price for the product I wanted. I needed to call to ask a question and they were very friendly and helpful. The goods arrived very quickly and when they were supposed to. I needed to order some extra bits and again the service was very good. Overall a fab experience, would definitely use them again.

the product code on the item I received was the same as the one on the vendor's website but the item was very different from the product description. Required additional time and expenditure from me to make the item fit.
