Available stock on the website is not updated in real time. You think you've ordered and paid for something then you get a surprise charge to your payment method later, when it's in stock. I've raised the issue with them before. The sales advisor advised me that they "tried that and it wasn't working for everyone so they only charge for website purchases when it's in stock". Thinly veiled corporate bs. Obviously they'd have to spend on improving the website and infrastructure. It's them it doesn't work for. My advice, look at what you want on the website and phone your order in. They're decent people selling quality stuff, really nice to deal with on the phone and will do their best by you. Would have been 5 stars but for the web order system in place.

Excellent service and products have not let me down yet, if you want the real sh”t cold steel has what you need!!! From order to delivery is only a couple of days. Only had one thing that I have to say is that I did get a knife that was aesthetic tarnished but I am abit OCD with everything I buy, but the product itself was perfect apart from that. They have a lot of choice for whatever your needs and applications. Would not go anywhere else to get my products. Thanks cold steel for your expertise and expansive knowledge of the products you make. So if you’re looking for excellent products (that are a lot of money, but you get what you pay for) then look no further than cold steel!!!

Great product over all, fantastic customer service but the blade came dull when it was supposed to be sharp which on a sword is going to be pain.

Excellent company. Ordered quite a few items from them such as the spike series tanto and a couple of mini flight throwing knives as well a few other items. Never had any problems. Delivery is always on time too. Recommend.

The product was delivered early and it was exactly what they said it was perfect

Overall it was a good experience and the product is amazing. The only issue was the payment. It said I'd paid, then I got an email saying I was being refunded, then the payment went through the next day and it was dispatched. Very odd.
