Initially instead of 2 item I only received one but once I got in contact the store dispatched the 2nd item straight away and received it by courier service the next day. Very good service. The glass light fitting were very securely packaged and are beautiful can’t wait for electrum’s to fit them

I bought a certificate book which came within 3 days. It was actually delivered by Amazon which surprised me but I was pleased with the speed of the delivery and the dispatch email that I received shortly after ordering
