After overpacking and taking pre-shipping photos, I received the initial estimate in my PayPal account within a day of them receiving my phone. It has been a week since I accepted the offer from ClicknCell for my phone. Their website says they will pay you for your phone within 24 hours. I called 3 days after the 24 hour period and was told the payment was scheduled to be sent that day. It has been another 4 days without payment. I also tried to email and sent a message through their website - no response. Update: After more emails and another phone call I finally received payment for my phone 10 days after I accepted the counter offer. Apparently they had an incorrect phone number for me. Daniel, the employee I contacted was always courteous on the phone and in emails and texts.

Sent them an iPhone in May. Two weeks later offered a much lower price. I countered with an offer and have never heard from them again. I have emailed them twice asking for a check or for them to return the iPhone. Crickets so far. Update: I got an email from them today to call them. They answered and were very nice. They did not have to but gave me a $10 bonus for the trouble of this issue. Explained my iPhone was marked so that my emails went into the Junk folder by mistake. I think I would change my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star now.

They offered more than any other place. 😁 Tracking says my phone was delivered on May 31st but I haven’t heard anything from them. I just keep getting the awaiting your phone emails. I’m starting to wonder if they’re going to pretend they didn’t get it. 🤷‍♀️😒

I shipped my Google Pixel 6a to Click n' Cell in late march. They provided the label and I have proof of delivery to the address provided. 28 days ago I opened a ticket with them to find out what happened to my phone and where my promised $125 payment is. I've never heard back from their customer support. I don't know what recourse I have at this point, but I'm VERY skeptical of their legitimacy at this point, and I'm "out" my used phone. *** EDIT TO ADD *** Leaving a voicemail on the PH# listed on the website PLUS a TP review has lead to contact with Click n' Cell and a satisfactory resolution to my issue.
