Straightforward, though the special deal of hairbrush and free cleaner, didn’t get carried through to the payment and I still paid for the cleaner, which I’m not sure I need and it was the last pink brush which I did need. I did not query it as I was about to get on a plane to Australia with the brush as a birthday present for my daughter. I would be more careful next time.
Courier was late. Tried to see where package was, and was redirected to the courier website. It was meant to be delivered in 48hrs came on the 6th day. This was a birthday present that was late.
The wrong hairbrush was sent..wrong colour wrong size..Was abso furious as I had waited a long time..this is not good enough

I found this Mason and Pearson hairbrush on this site. It was a better price than on another site. I placed my order but forgot to deduct the 10% discount I had. Contacted customer services and a very friendly and helpful woman (I think I shouldn’t mention names in reviews) said no worries, she would deduct the discount for me. My brush arrived very speedily. All good. Excellent product and service. Thank you for a hassle-free transaction. Will definitely use this site again.
Never answer ANY emails. My order was cancelled 30 mins after it was dispatched, but clearly not actually dispatched, as I never received anything. No explanation as to why either, even after asking several times.
Inner box a bit squashed at one corner but contents undamaged. Just looked a bit untidy as it was a gift! Pleasant delivery man.
