Setting up my account was relatively quick and easy. My agent helped me through the process and my shipment is cleared to cross the border. I am just waiting to see if there are any unexpected issues while crossing. IF NOT: Will be definately using them on a permanent basis

I got the run around from 4 different so called top 10 brokers in the country. I was told it would cost me thousands to import my goods and I wouldn't take that for an answer. I found Clearit USA and they had me setup and cleared through customs in two days for the small cost of an annual import bond. Don't be fooled by CH Robinson, UPS or the like!!

So far going with a 5. My goods have not passed through customs yet and arrived at my door. But assume they will and then it stays a five! Response rate was amazing and they were very kind dealing with a newbie (in that I've never before bought tons of metal from a foreign country). Hoping it's smooth sailing and I will repeat the process. Oh, and if my "person" wasn't there someone else would fill in immediately.

Hiring Clearit was straight forward with clear, understandable instructions. My first assignment was handled promptly and efficiently. It required some time using the chat box, but all was taken care of smoothly. Billing was via my credit card and again, it went on without a hitch.

I was expecting a shipment of books from China. It was my first printing job done overseas and had no idea what it involves to bring it into the US.
