So far portal has been easy to use and all of the people I have live messaged have been helpful.

This was the first time I had to use a clear customs and Clearit USA made it relatively easy. An agent walked me through every step via chat.

So easy from beginning to end. Assisted the whole way through from the initial set up to the delivery. Didn't have to lift a finger.

Was quoted 234.95 by two of their agents to clear US customs. When they charged my credit card is was over three times that amount. I Was given all kinds of excuses why They charged that amount They did offer to give me a couple dollars off. You have no way to know how much they will charge your credit card until after they have your card information. Will never use them again.

I used Clearit for my first import into the USA, they were very easy to work with and I was very happy I chose to use them. I’ll be using them for my second import later this year.

I asked about the charges a couple of times, but was blown off.

We had a very bad experience with this company. For one , you are not assigned to a single agent that can be held accountable in any way to your case. It is Stacy, Adam , Leigh or whatever the name may be... common email pool but cannot speak to an individual, because no one is really assigned to you. We were bringing a piece of furniture from another country. We looked these people up online, seemed like they had good reviews so went with them. Even when communicating in the general email pool , they seemed professional enough. However they used an outrageously unreliable, unprofessional 3rd party to pick up our cargo from the airport . We trusted Clearit to handle the complete process. Instead they kept on blaming the third party for their incompetence and simply did NOTHING to facilitate the process. After missing work for several days in anticipation of the multiple failed scheduled delivery dates ( they required that somebody had to be home to receive the delivery) we were strongly encouraged to pick up the cargo ourselves. We rented a UHAUL and picked up the furniture ( from the airport, 1 hr away) After 2 months, CLEARIT blackmailed us to pay the full delivery amount, threatening to send us to collections otherwise !! So in the end we ended up paying for a delivery that was never made ( by this company)plus an additional Uhaul delivery cost. I would never use a company like this!!!!

Cleared my pallet shipment to the US with no issues or delays, good pricing too.

I needed to get my shipment cleared quickly and I started the process late. The Clearit staff got me set up and got my shipment cleared quickly even though there was some additional paperwork required.

I've been using this company to import all my shoes since end of 2018 and I couldn't be happier with ClearitUSA. They always reply quick for the messages on the website, their prices is really good and they helped me a lot explaining how the whole process of Importing to USA works. I just want to say I am lucky to have found them and will keep work with them for sure.
